I didn't start out as a graphic or web designer.

While charming bar guests in a hotel bar, I realized that our recipe book needed an overhaul, and found myself redesigning graphics and the usability to create a successful training tool.

"I like this better than slinging drinks!"

From there, I turned myself into a sponge and absorbed anything graphic design related while working on projects for willing friends. My self-directed education paid off, and along came paying clients, impressed with what I could do.

A decade of growth

In 2000, I officially launched my business: à la Carde Graphic Design. 10 years, 100s of happy clients, 1000s of varied projects. It’s not just the designing -  I love meeting with clients and discussing their needs and objectives then developing a solution to get them the results they want.

I'm a creative professional - not a bookkeeper

The bigger the business, the bigger the bookkeeping! The business has demanded attention that I am not willing to give it. My heart and soul is in design and client relations. Here I am – ready to bring great design and great service to you!
